By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Site.

Any disputes or claims relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules.
Location: Arbitration shall occur in Hannibal, Missouri, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Individual Claims Only: You agree to bring any claim on an individual basis only. Class actions and jury trials are waived.
By agreeing to these Terms, you waive the right to a trial by jury and to participate in any class action.
10. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest shall remain in full force and effect.

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
